Shipping Charges

I have four regions for my shipping costs:

UK
Europe
North America
All the rest

I don't make money out of our shipping charges.
In fact I generally lose a little.
You'll be asked to select your country in the shopping cart and your jewellery will turn up in a stylish gift box, usually within a few days.

Wherever possible I ship via an insured service. Within the U.K. I use Royal Mail's Special Delivery. Most of the other shipping methods available to me do not carry insurance for jewellery and in the unlikely event that something goes missing I can't accept responsibility for this.
Having said that, once in a while, I'm unable to get to the post office and, if the item is not too expensive, I may just send it first class and pop it in a post box. If it doesn't make it then, under these circumstances, I will of course replace it at my own expense.

It's never happened yet.

To North America I can provide an insured service via a carrier but this is far from cheap so I bear some of the cost myself as a concession to the customer.
If you would like to use this service, even if you do not live in North America, then please place your order as normal but contact me to arrange the delivery and I will charge your card for the extra cost.

These prices are for up to 3 items. Over that the costs increase slightly.
