Crossover ring

£80.00

Like a lot of my Rogue’s Gallery offerings, this gem set silver crossover ring was a mock up for a commission.
The silver shank is rectangular and it twists up to form two scrolls in which are set two round, faceted, 4mm or 5mm gem stones. (The 5mm option works better for sizes above a ‘P’ so that’s what I’ll use unless I hear otherwise.)
This one’s set with a peridot and and a blue topaz  but you can choose from the range of stones in the shopping cart.
I have only a few of these that I cast when making the original mock up so grab them before they go.
if you’re interested in the commission or the process that got from the drawing, via this mock up to the finished ring then click here.

I'v e just been given this ring, with exactly these stones, by my daughter for my birthday. It's an absolute showstopper! Such a clever, simple design and so easy to wear. A stunner!
I think colours on the cooler spectrum look best with silver, warmer with gold. So blue topaz and peridot were such a good choice. Thanks to my clever daughter – and many thanks to clever Jez for a ring I shall treasure.

I ordered a crossover ring which Jez was kind enough to 'tweak' for me a little by setting a stone I already had along with a peridot. WOW – it's absolutely stunning. Just beautiful. The ring scrolls up to hold the stones and it's that kind of deceptively “simple” design which is actually really clever. It has a lot of impact on the finger and the peridot is beautifully sparkly. Process was faultless too, Jez replied to emails very quickly and the ring was with me in double quick time. Happy customer!!
