Tourmaline curve earrings
Here we have:
A pair of 9ct gold and green tourmaline earrings.
What’s the story?
I had a pair of heavy gold drop earrings that I made long, long ago at the beginning of the 90’s. They were never going to sell so I cut them down to make these simple and elegant stud earrings.
They are made from 3mm square gold bar with a gentle curve so that they follow the curve of the cheek when they are in. The stones are 3mm square and are that lovely ‘Fairy Liquid’ colour that you only get with green tourmalines.
They’re solid and weighty at 3.4 grams and they’re 16mm long.
